In our Market, we, and our network of grower and maker partners, determine the quality and purity of the foods we sell because we control every decision from seed to shelf. This means tastier, healthier, cleaner food for our customers at better pricing because we’re limiting the expense of buying from wholesalers.

Our goal is to create a local food economy that values and rewards farming practices that improve our soils, protect our waterways, encourage biodiversity, and keep toxic chemicals out of our communities. By featuring products from local farms, we (and our customers) put more money into the hands of farmers who protect our environment, beautify our landscape, recharge our groundwater, provide wildlife habitat, and keep more money circulating in our local economy—all while producing foods that are so full of flavor they require only minimal preparation to produce a stellar meal.
